This is my story: I had a Colour Me Beautiful Colour Consultation done in the early 1980’s, (we called it Colour Draping back then, and is still known by that phrase in this area), and seen on myself what a transformation wearing a certain shade of colour next to my face made! With no makeup on either! I eagerly spread the word of this service to family and friends, and after their consultations, witnessed their transformations when they wore certain shades, too!
When I decided to retire from my career as a Certified Dental Assistant, after 34 years, I decided to pursue a new career as a Colour Consultant, and trained with Colour Me Beautiful in Spring 2013, with the intention of bringing this service back to our beautiful Peace River area again. I opened up my studio and called it Colour Me Beautiful is Back! later that same year.
I offer professional Colour Consultation’s; I also offer Senior discounts ages 65 and up. One of the most touching responses I received, after a consult with a shy young woman, was when she quietly said to me “ I feel very beautiful”. She believed it after witnessing on herself her transformation with certain shades of colour. It was a confidence booster for her, and a joy and pleasure for me to watch her start to blossom 😊
